I spent three years in Western North Carolina––much of that time as a creative director and designer at Gaia Herbs in Brevard, North Carolina. The corporate headquarters is located on a 350 acre farm in the mountains. Many of these images were taken on Gaia’s own farm. Many others featured are from other domestic herb farms as well as international farms in Germany, The Czech Republic and Iceland.
